Team First: You’ll join a dedicated group of emergency doctors, specialists, and technicians who collaborate daily to provide high-quality patient care.
Collaboration is the norm: Internal Medicine and Surgery work side by side Monday through Friday, supporting a 24/7 Emergency Service. There’s always someone to consult, brainstorm, or learn with.
Fully Equipped: Our hospital includes an ICU treatment area, advanced monitoring, oxygen therapy, blood products, ultrasound, CT, and full digital imaging.
Autonomy within a network: As part of the Ethos Veterinary Health network, we have access to national resources while maintaining our own unique hospital culture and identity.
What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality critical care alongside an experienced ER and specialty team
Strengthen hospital-wide critical care standards and elevate patient outcomes
Dedicate 6 hours each week within your regular schedule, off the clinical floor, to hands-on teaching, rounds, and wet labs with ER clinicians and technicians.
Work three 12-hour clinical shifts per week with no weekends
Support the continued development of our emergency and critical care service with a future goal of building an ER training program

What We Offer
Competitive salary - ranging from $210,000 to $250,000 depending on experience
