Job DescriptionMountainView Regional Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join an established outpatient pediatric practice in beautiful Las Cruces, New Mexico.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving clinic with an existing patient base, experienced support staff, and immediate volume. Enjoy a quality-focused practice with no hospital call and a strong work-life balance in one of the Southwest's most desirable growing communities.
Position Highlights
- Hospital-employed opportunity
- 100% outpatient pediatrics
- Monday-Friday schedule
- No hospital call
- Shared clinic call only (1:4)
- Office space available and ready for immediate patient care
- Strong referral network with more than 160 physicians on medical staff
- Supportive neonatology team and dedicated pediatric unit
- Over 1,000 deliveries annually at MountainView Regional Medical Center
- New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
- Board Certified or Board Eligible required
- Visa sponsorship available
