Company Overview
MidAtlantic Neonatology Associates (MANA) is a diverse group of doctors, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, scientists, technicians, and administrative associates working together to provide excellent healthcare to the smallest patients and their families, and to make advancements in scientific research. We serve the state of New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania and southern New York State regions and conduct research at the Biomedical Research Institute of New Jersey (BRInj).
Company History
For more than 40 years, MANA has been squarely focused on delivering quality neonatal care to our NICU patients; a commitment that guides the principles and programs of our clinical practice. We believe in strengthening families and empowering parents to engage in the care of their babies. We prioritize quality improvement programs, in order to reduce complication rates and improve outcomes. We participate in education initiatives and train the next generation of medical professionals; and we invest in cutting-edge research projects. We provide hope to families whose lives are touched by the NICU.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
Our focus is to provide the highest quality care to our fragile infants; a task that includes making the NICU a healing environment for our baby’s and their families. Our NICUs have been thoughtfully designed to be clinically sustainable and mutually beneficial for patients, families, hospitals and staff. They feature advanced technology to meet clinical needs and foster Family-Centered Care.
MANA employs 13 board certified neonatologists and 15 advanced neonatal practitioners; an experienced team that is on-site and available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to provide advanced neonatal care to our patients and support to their families. Our network of NICUs includes a 45-bed NICU at Morristown Medical Center, a 15-bed NICU at Overlook Medical Center, and Special Care Nurseries at St. Clare’s Hospital and Chilton Medical Center.
