Description
Opportunity:- Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates admitted to the Level III NICU, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including neonatal nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonatal patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects aimed at enhancing neonatal care practices and outcomes
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and residents in the management of neonatal emergencies and high-risk deliveries
- EPIC EMR
- Vast multi-specialty referral sources

Qualifications:
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Pediatrics
- MD/DO board certified/board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in the care of critically ill neonates, including proficiency in neonatal resuscitation and advanced life support techniques
- Skilled at providing exceptional care
- The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team
- Experience working in a Level III NICU and/or Level I Trauma Center preferred
