Join a high-demand Maternal Fetal Medicine practice with an established referral base, manageable schedule, and top-tier compensation; a rare combination of strong clinical support, teaching exposure, and minimal call burden.

The Practice

• Join an established team of two experienced MFM physicians within a large tertiary care hospital featuring a Level III NICU and continuous neonatology support
• 4.5 clinical days per week with 0.5 day allocated for administrative time; clinic hours typically run 8 AM to 5 PM
• 1:3 call with minimal overnight interruptions and a balanced mix of outpatient care with consultative inpatient coverage
• Dedicated clinic space, full support staff, EMR integration, and telehealth capabilities, with an established referral network and room to contribute to program growth

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $515,000 with realistic total earnings up to $775,000
• $100,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
• 26 days of PTO plus CME allowance and dedicated CME days
• Full benefits including retirement options, malpractice coverage, and loan forgiveness eligibility

You'll Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Open to both experienced physicians and graduating fellows
• Comfort managing high-risk pregnancies in a tertiary care setting
