JOB DESCRIPTIONAtlantic Medical Group is Seeking a Full-Time Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join AMG Women's Health at Hackettstown and Newton. The NP will primarily be based at the Hackettstown location with occasional coverage at their Newton location.
The Nurse Practitioner will primarily be based in Hackettstown with occasional coverage in Newton and will provide preventive, gynecologic, reproductive, and low-risk obstetric care, including wellness examinations, early pregnancy management, prenatal care for low-risk obstetric patients, patient education, contraceptive counseling, and management of common women's health conditions. The role may also include office-based procedures such as IUD insertion and removal and endometrial biopsies, based on the candidate's training, competency, and organizational privileging requirements. The ideal candidate will have Women's Health or OB/GYN experience, strong clinical and communication skills, and a passion for building meaningful patient relationships. Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Women's Health experience
- Must have excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
